President of KJ&E Holdings Marco Moran is head of an organization that supplies personal protective equipment (PPE) and thermometers. Marco Moran has been instrumental in forming partnerships with organizations such as Bridging the Gaps of the United States of America, an organization that seeks to create sustainable partnerships in the community.
This past year, the two organizations teamed up to hold a fundraiser to raise money for KN95 masks to help frontline workers and others. During the COVID-19 outbreak, many healthcare providers and organizations found themselves overwhelmed with the task of accessing PPE.
Bridging the Gaps of the United States requested $5 donations toward purchasing the KN95 masks, which are FDA-certified, to give to healthcare and other essential workers, as well as at-risk seniors. KJ&E provided the masks at a lesser price than what hospitals and the government typically pay. Healthcare organizations obtained the donated masks through the KJ&E website.
